We are excited to announce that Attendee Registration is now open for the 41st Annual Vermont Tourism Summit held on April 28 & 29, 2026, at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Killington, Vermont. Make plans now to participate!

What's Included with Registration

Conference registration includes Tuesday pre-conference options & Networking Mixer/Welcome Reception & Wednesday breakfast, AM coffee break, lunch, PM beverage break, and Closing Reception on Wednesday evening.

Attention Sponsors! 

If your company is registered as a sponsor, you will receive a sponsor guide about 6 weeks prior to the conference which will include instructions on how to claim the complimentary conference registrations that come with your sponsorship. It is required that all conference participants register to attend the event. Contact McClean Coleman [email protected] with questions about your sponsorship.

Presenter Registration Policy

The Vermont Tourism Summit, Inc. is a non-profit organization with limited funds for educational programming. It is not currently our policy to cover speaker fees and expenses for concurrent session presenters. All presenters are required to register to attend the conference. We offer that if you would not have otherwise paid to attend the conference, we will waive your registration expense for the day that you present. If you would have otherwise paid to attend, we invite you to still do so, but allow you to make that decision. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to present, free of charge. Confirmed presenters will receive registration instructions as part of their confirmation packet. Please keep an eye out for those by late-January. Please note: general session/keynote presenters receive complimentary full conference registration. Presenters should contact [email protected] with questions.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled by April 7, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Registrations cancelled after April 7, 2025 are non-refundable but substitutions are allowed.

Payment Note

Conference attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE the conference begins. Should this not be possible, please call Delaney Event Management at 802-865-5202 to make arrangements.
