2025 VTS, Inc. Annual Meeting with the Board

You're invited to join the Vermont Tourism Summit board of directors on Wednesday June 18, 2025 at Basin Harbor for a lunch meeting to discuss the 40th Annual Vermont Tourism Summit. We'll open the floor for you to voice your opinion on how to improve the program for 2026 and beyond.

This event is FREE, includes lunch, and is open to all tourism professionals who attended the 2025 Vermont Tourism Summit in exchange for your input. Advance RSVP is required as space is limited! Registration closes end of day on Wednesday, June 4.

Current Vermont Tourism Summit board members will convene on June 18 from 9:00-11:30am for a board member only meeting with breakfast.

• How do I get to Basin Harbor? The GPS Address is: 4800 Basin Harbor Rd, Vergennes, VT 05491.
• Will lunch be provided? Yes! Be sure to note dietary restrictions when RSVPing.
• Can I bring someone with me who did not attend the Summit? The 1st hour of the meeting will be spent debriefing this year's Summit. Ideally, only those who were actually at the event would be in attendance so that they can contribute to the conversation.
• Can anyone attend the Board Meeting at 9am? No. The Board Meeting from 9am-11:30am is open to current Vermont Tourism Summit board members only. Everyone else is invited to attend from 12pm-2pm for the Annual Meeting.
